Atanas Garov is the founder and Managing Partner of Garitage Investment Management  Ltd. The company's portfolio includes projects such as residential complexes, business parks, shopping areas, educational and sport centers.

Garitage park is large –scale residential and business complex, build on 167 000 m2.The project will be built in stages. Tthe final area will be 95 000 m2 60 000 m2  offices and retail, 90 000 m2  area homes, park area with a lake, sports and kids playgrounds, elementary school for 500 children,  4500 parking spots, sport center with a pool, sports hall for 1700 people, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and more.

Sofia Park Villas is a high-class residential complex developed by Garitage Investment Management. It offers a new type of housing, improving the general concept in the southern part of Sofia. In the complex, among the rich park environment, there are 35 single-family houses of 3 types.

Prior to establishing Garitage Investment Management, Atanas Garov has been Managing Partner at Colliers International Bulgaria for more than 11 years and has been involved in the company's development both in Bulgaria and in the Balkans. Prior to Colliers, Atanas Garov worked at Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group in New York.

Atanas Garov has a Master's degree in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management, AGSIM in the US, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Romance languages from Colorado College.
