Georgi Kirov is a Director Investment and Corporate Advisory Services in Colliers International, Bulgaria.
He joins Colliers in 2002 as a Consultant in Commercial Brokerage Services. Soon after that he became a key member of the Investment and Corporate Advisory Services Department. 
As of 2006 Georgi is heading this rapidly growing department. He was responsible for some of the most notable investment advisory transactions on the Bulgarian market, including the tendering procedure for Business Park Sofa – the largest office development in the region, the acquisition of DHL Logistics center (representing the buyer – Landmark), as well as a number of valuations and feasibility studies.
Georgi Kirov holds a degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
