Georgi Dimitrov Director Advisory services and capital markets, MBL

Georgi Dimitrov was involved in the establishment of MBL and has played a key role in the company since its beginning of operations. He is the Director of the Advisory Services and Capital Markets teams in Sofia.

He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and also of the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria (CIAB). Georgi holds a MSc degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BSc in Business Administration from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

His professional experience includes numerous advisory assignments for clients including GE Real Estate, Quinlan Private/ Avestus Capital Partners, TPG Captal, Heitman, Europa Capital, Immofinanz, CA Immo, Raiffeisen Evolution, Unicredit, Raiffeisen Bank, Immorent, European Commission, Cinema City International, Praktiker, Metro, MTel, etc.

Georgi has participated in the investment sale of Mall Varna, a €120 million transaction and also led the acquisition due diligence and consecutive property management of City Center Sofia, a €100 million transaction.

Recent accomplishment include the disposal of Mall of Sofia for Europa Capital (c.a. €90 mln. transaction) and the sale of a prominent development site in Sofia.
