Todor Kavrakov CPM, Property Manager, Trade Center Europe

Todor Kavrakov has more than 10 years of professional experience in the sphere of real estate and especially in property management.

He is currently responsible for renting warehouse and office spaces on the territory of the Trade Center Europe, as well as for the overall marketing and advertising policy of the complex.

Prior to joining the European Trade Center team, he has been a property manager and has rented holiday properties at Green Life Property Development.

His previous experience is in the field of corporate tourism, and particularly in direction Business & Incentives to leading tour operators.

Todor Kavrakov has a Master's degree in Business Administration with specializations “Strategic Management” and “Marketing” from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski".
