David Davidov Managing Partner, Garitage Park

David Davidov is the founder and owner of “3 D R.E. Management”, a company engaged in consultancy and investment in real estate. Via “3 D R.E. Management”, David Davidov is Managing Partner of the Sofia Park Villas and Garitage Park projects.
Sofia Park Villas is a high-class residential complex offering a new type of dwellings, improving the general concept in the southern part of Sofia. In the complex, among the rich park environment, are located 34 single-family houses of 3 types.
Garitage park is large –scale residential and business complex, build on 167 000 m2 .The project will bе done in parts and the final area will be 95 000 m2 offices and retail area  and 60 000 m2  homes, school, park and many more.
Prior to establishing “3 D R.E. Management”, for 10 years, David is a director at Colliers International, engaged in the development and realization of some of the largest projects in the field of real estate. Among them are Business Park Sofia, European Trade Center, Mall of Sofia, The Mall, Grand Mall Varna and others. David Davidov has a Master's degree from Sofia University.
