Alexander Gebov Managing Director, Paladin Property Development

Alexander Gebov is CEO of Paladin Property Development, a company specialized in managing real estate investments running the most high value investment projects, including Industrial Park Sofia East. Gebov holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. He has a degree in Economics and Management, as well as EMBA degree in Finance and International Business.

Mr. Gebov has over 30 years of professional experience, for 20 of them he worked on senior positions.

He is well acquainted with all aspects of the development and management of investment projects - finding and acquisition of land, zoning, investment control, planning and design, project financing, feasibility study and budgeting, cost estimation and control.
