Rumen Velichkov has more than seventeen years experience in the area of real estate consultancy. He has worked for more than ten years as Senior Consultant at Colliers International in a number of residential real estate projects, including Residential Park Sofia. In 2011 he joined the Lindner Group and from the beginning of 2014 held the position of Regional Commercial Director for Bulgaria / Albania.
