Ivailo Mishev Head of Bulgarian Development unit, Arco Real Estate

Ivaylo Mishev has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Finance and Trade from the Portsmouth University and a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from the Sheffield University. He is a licensed real estate appraiser.  He was a financial manager of the investment department of Acro in Bulgaria from 2007 to 2010, and since 2010 he has been Acro’s director. Mishev manages the overall development of the investment business of the group in Bulgaria, including the projects on Madrid Blvd., in Manastirski Livadi, Iztok and near the village of Lozen, with more than 1000 apartments, 100 houses, offices, commercial and other areas.
