Oren Bar Noy Director, Nova City Group

Mr. Oren Barnoy is a Director at NovaCity Group and has been active in Bulgaria and the CEE for more than a decade. Global-wise, Mr. Barnoy attains various positions within several companies affiliated with NovaCity, allowing him to tap on info, experience, know how from different segments in the real estate markets of Warsaw, Prague, Bucharest, Toronto, NYC and Israel, and in the infrastructure sectors in Africa. As Director in NovaCity, Mr.Barnoy continuously aims to enhance the  company’s core base which is the development of residential units in Sofia and other major cities in Bulgaria. It is his belief that introducing new innovative trends to the market, creating value for money residential units without compromising on the quality and maintaining a high level of customer service before and after the sale, are the key factors for serving better NovaCity’s customers. These factors, the company’s homebuyers, lessees, partners and suppliers and of course the society in which the company operates, serve as the foundation pillars of its essence and its success.
