Deyan Todorov Senior Consultant, Forton

Deyan has been with Forton since 2012 and was initially responsible for the market research activities. Since 2014 he is Senior Investment Consultant with the Consultancy & Valuation team where he works in the fields of feasibility studies and market research for new developments in the residential, hotel, retail and office segments. Before joining Forton for eight years he has been part of the team of the City Media Group, where he is Real Estate & Investment Editor for Costruction City Weekly, Managing Editor and Chief Editor of the Property Index magazine and later the Property Index bi-annual publication, program director of the BalREc conference and the City Media Group.
