Stefan Kosev CEO, Regent's property advisors

Stefan Kosev is CEO of real estate consultancy Regent's Property Advisors.
He entered this field of business after several years dedicated to developing ‘Piccadilly’ supermarket chain in Bulgaria. First, he was Operations Director at parent company ‘Bolyari’ and then Executive Director of ‘Piccadilly’ where he still works with the management board.
He transferred to the retail industry from tourism – he was Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Balkan Holidays, Manager of Bansko Hotel, Marketing Manager of ‘Riviera’ holiday club (in early 90s).
Mr. Kosev has graduated Tourism, International Relations and Business Administration at Varna’s University of Economy and has done a Postgraduate study on Tourism Planning and Management and Finance Management at the University of Surrey, Great Britain.
