Raicho Diankov CEO, FairPlay Properties REIT

Raicho Diankov took the position of CEO of FairPlay Properties REIT in July 2018. Mr. Diankov holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an additional Marketing specialization from the Cyprus International Institute of Management in Nicosia, Cyprus. He is also a certified surveyor of real estate with the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Mr. Diankov’s career started in a bank in 1994. Later, he moved to the business development sphere and continued with real estate.
