Simeon Mitev is the owner of the consulting company Chance-96 specialised in sales and renting of industrial real estates on the Bulgarian market for the past 20 years.
In March 2008 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, at the RE / MAX conference, received RE / MAX Platinum Club Award for Best Industrial Property Business in Bulgaria. He is the owner of BGSKLAD platform, which contains a wide variety of offers for warehouses, factories, premises, terrains and production workshops all over Bulgaria in one place.
In October 2018, BGSKLAD will traditionally be the organizer of the most significant event in the industrial sector, namely the National Conference on Industrial Property BGSKLD 2018
