Rosen Grigorov CFA, Head of Valuations and Consulting, MBL

Rosen Grigorov heads the valuation and consulting services for numerous local and international clients, among which leading banks, investment funds and developers. He also heads MBL market research and analysis of commercial real estate. Rosen is a CFA Charterholder and a certified appraiser of real estate with the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria (CIAB).

Prior to joining MBL, Rosen spent 10 years in UniCredit on different positions. In Bank Austria he took part in the coordination, advisory and management of strategic group projects of UniCredit in CEE. In UniCredit Bulbank he managed the mobile sales team and participated in key projects for branch optimization and increasing the effectiveness of the retail network.
