Richard Clegg is a Partner at Wolf Theiss working throughout Central & Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe for business owners, large corporates and funds. Richard advises and guides on the increase of value through structuring, joint ventures or M&A, often supporting clients in the choice of an appropriate partner. He leads acquisitions and sales for commercial real estate companies and critical infrastructure providers, as well as technology and manufacturing clients with large property or infrastructure assets.  As an experienced advisor in the region, he is also brought in as a facilitator and negotiator on joint instructions to help the parties conclude a successful transaction.  Richard is qualified in Ireland and England & Wales, and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Bulgaria. He was educated at University College London and INSEAD. Previously he has held senior positions in industry and private equity.
